Ordering on lamphouse.gr can be done only by final consumers, who, according to Greek law, have full capacity for legal action, ie if they have completed the eighteenth (18th) year of age and there is no case of capacity limitation of this, as regards the drawing up of sales contracts. Orders on behalf of legally incompetent persons may be placed by their legal representatives, in accordance with the law. 9.2 PAY ON DELIVERY

COD payment method is available only for purchases within Greece. For those who prefer this method, the products are received (at the address you stated) through the courier company (elta courier), with which we work, and you pay the price of your order at the time of receipt.

10. COST OF SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

Greece:

The shipments of the products are made through the cooperating courier company Elta courier (and its collaborators).

For orders over 25 euros, shipping is free.

For orders under 25 euros the shipping cost is 3 euros.

The cost of cash on delivery is an additional 2 euros.

Delivery time depends on the destination. It usually takes 2-6 working days.

11. RETURNS / CHANGES

In case the product you received is not satisfied for any reason, you can return it (and your money will be refunded), or change it. By filling in the return-change form that you will find on the packaging of the product you bought.

Changes and returns are made within 5 working days from the date of receipt.

Returns / changes are only accepted if the products you wish to return or exchange are in the same condition in which you received them. Also any labels that come with the product should be there, just as it was when you received it. They must be accompanied by the original retail receipt.

Greece:

For returns, the cost of shipping the product is borne by the buyer.

Refunds will be made the same way you paid.

THE MONEY RETURN IS VALID ONLY FOR PURCHASES THROUGH E-SHOP.

For changes, the cost of return and subsequent shipping of the product amounts to 6 euros (if sent by Elta courier) and is charged to the buyer upon receipt of the change product. Otherwise you can return it any way you wish at your own expense and when you receive the product of the change you are paid 3 euros shipping costs.

Offers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Our company assumes full responsibility for the possible placement of a defective product in your order and therefore proceeds to replace it if you are informed within 5 days from the date of receipt of the package. If the above conditions apply, follow the following procedure:

We send you a new product without shipping costs. Deliver the defective product to the elta courier the moment you are given the new package. The change takes place within 14 working days for Greece.

12. OTHERS

Α. Force majeure: If for reasons of force majeure (eg bad weather, strikes, etc.) it is not possible to deliver the products to you within the specified time we will inform you via e-mail, in order to let us know if you wish, under these conditions, the completion of your order. Our company does not bear any responsibility for any situation that is beyond its own fault and will do what is humanly possible for your best service.

Β. Lamphouse.gr reserves the right to modify or renew the available products, sales prices and other terms and conditions of transactions, without prior notice to consumers. Our company undertakes the obligation to update this text for any change or addition.
