10. COST OF SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

The shipments of the products are made through the cooperating courier company Elta courier (and its collaborators).

For orders over 25 euros, shipping is free.

For orders under 25 euros the shipping cost is 3 euros.

The cost of cash on delivery is an additional 2 euros.

Delivery time depends on the destination. It usually takes 2-6 working days.

11. RETURNS / CHANGES

In case the product you received is not satisfied for any reason, you can return it (and your money will be refunded), or change it. By filling in the return-change form that you will find on the packaging of the product you bought.

Changes and returns are made within 5 working days from the date of receipt.

Returns / changes are only accepted if the products you wish to return or exchange are in the same condition in which you received them. Also any labels that come with the product should be there, just as it was when you received it. They must be accompanied by the original retail receipt.

For returns, the cost of shipping the product is borne by the buyer.
