In case the product you received is not satisfied for any reason, you can return it (and your money will be refunded), or change it. By filling in the return-change form that you will find on the packaging of the product you bought.
Changes and returns are made within 5 working days from the date of receipt.
Returns / changes are only accepted if the products you wish to return or exchange are in the same condition in which you received them. Also any labels that come with the product should be there, just as it was when you received it. They must be accompanied by the original retail receipt.
Greece:
For returns, the cost of shipping the product is borne by the buyer.
Refunds will be made the same way you paid.

For changes, the cost of return and subsequent shipping of the product amounts to 6 euros (if sent by Elta courier) and is charged to the buyer upon receipt of the change product. Otherwise you can return it any way you wish at your own expense and when you receive the product of the change you are paid 3 euros shipping costs.

Our company assumes full responsibility for the possible placement of a defective product in your order and therefore proceeds to replace it if you are informed within 5 days from the date of receipt of the package. If the above conditions apply, follow the following procedure:
We send you a new product without shipping costs. Deliver the defective product to the elta courier the moment you are given the new package. The change takes place within 14 working days for Greece.
